She describes herself as a heartening and favorable person, and she brings that positive attitude to everything she undertakes. A dedicated and dependable Realtor in the Los Angeles County area for nearly 12 years, Venicia still gets the same pleasure and satisfaction from helping people make their dreams come true that she did when she first started. In fact, putting smiles on other people’s faces seems to be an underlying theme in both her real estate practice and in her spare-time activities. It’s no wonder that a good number of her clients come through referrals from past clients. Venicia doesn’t just help others purchase and sell homes – she believes in concierge service making sure her client’s transaction has the least bit of stress; one can possibly endure, in this competitive market. Venicia attributes much of her success to her attention to detail and the ability to develop a good working rapport with nearly everyone. She finds that doing it right the first time eliminates the problems and conflicts that can plague real estate transactions. When not selling real estate she enjoys relaxing on the beach at a luxurious resort listening to jazz, with a great glass of wine. But what drives her most, is spending quality time with her 1 granddaughter, 2 grandsons, adult children, and husband.
