11. Coordinate access with occupants, tenants, heirs, attorneys, vendors, and third parties.
12. Assist with vendor referrals and coordination for cleaning, hauling, repairs, staging, and landscaping.
13. Guide families through timelines, disclosures, and probate sale procedures.
14. Help minimize stress by providing organized communication and transaction oversight throughout the process.
15. Coordinate with escrow and title to help facilitate a smooth closing process.
16. Provide compassionate support during emotionally sensitive transitions.
