About Dr. Linda Timmons
Linda started her Real Estate career after retiring from a 35-year tenure with City Government. She always set high standards for great customer service and later became a customer service trainer and manager for many years.
Linda’s real estate career started in late 2006 with the Prudential Realtor Office in Bellflower. After many years, Linda later joined Realtor Executives.
Linda is known for integrity, professionalism, sincerity, and reliability. During her tenure in the business, it was first and foremost to maintain integrity and professionalism so that clients and colleagues knew she was someone they could put trust and faith in.
During the Real Estate market’s devastating turn, Linda stepped away from Real Estate and decided to complete her education and pursue a personal business. She received her Ph.D. in Psychological Therapy from Liberty University.
Linda was appointed a Notary in 1980. During her absence from Real Estate, she maintained her license as a Notary. Ranked one of the longest-tenured Notaries with the National Notary Association and became a registered Notary Signing Agent. This was important in keeping with the changes in real estate and the loan market.
In 2021 she returned to Real Estate and signed with Maser’s Realty. Linda felt there was no connection with this company and calls it a “rare opportunity” to find JB Real Estate & Investment, Inc. She instantly connected, was excepted, and decided to list her license with the company.
Outside of Real Estate Linda is a career volunteer, Community Service activist, a two-term Public Works Commissioner, and a Paramount homeowner for over 48 years. A retired city administrator, property investor, and current small business owner.
